StartingPoint Realty also has a special program for newly engaged couples. Although there are 100% financing options available (no money down), many people want to make a down payment on their new home (to decrease interest rates, among other reasons). With that in mind, we've set up a program where your wedding guests can contribute directly to the down-payment of your new home. How sweet is that?! Would people give a little extra if they knew their money was going towards your first home? (Food for thought)

Up to $1,000 down at closing - $200
$1,001 to $4,000 down at closing - $350
Over $4,001 at closing - $500

We can design this program around you. If you want us to send your guests our registry card explaining the program, great! If you would like to include our registry card in with your invitations or send them out yourself, great! You decide how to inform your guests, and we'll be more than happy to accommodate you.

And as a further thanks, we'd like to take a picture of you in front of your new home and include it in a thank-you card to send to your guests.
